We have liaisoned in real estate industry to obtain planning permission from CMDA/DTCP for more than 1000 acres of layout and 1 CR Sq.ft of building for clients like GRT,Pothys, L& T etc. Our client base is growing continuously year on year as a result of client referrals.
Industrial Developments
When it comes to industrial developments we are a one stop solution for all processes. We do a feasibility study in the client’s land initially, advising the clients on the pros and cons of the identified land and the time period required for obtaining building approvals.
CMDA
We start with completing the revenue department works for the identified land, then tweaking the architecture drawing of the client based on Tamilnadu Combined Development and Building Rules 2019 ( TNCDBR) and colour coding the drawing before applying in Guidance Bureau of Tamil Nādu and Directorate of Town and Country Planning(DTCP)or Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority(CMDA), following the file with these line departments and bureaucrats. After applying the same we would also follow up for Fire and Rescue Department NOC and other NOCs pertaining to the said land. We would ease the client’s works by acting as a local consultant who covers their requirements end to end till environmental clearance, if needed.
Architects & Structural Engineers
We have worked closely with architects, structural engineers and clients representatives to carry out the building approval process seamlessly. We just want you to identify the land and purchase it, rest all will be taken care by us as a representative of the client. This applies to all development such as residential, commercial and institutional too.
